Your responsibilities include:

  • Planning and Design: Developing plans and designs for network and system services based on organizational requirements. Assesses network needs, considers scalability and performance requirements, and designs solutions that align with industry best practices and standards.
  • Deployment and Implementation: Deploying network and system services by installing and configuring hardware, software, and network components. Ensures the smooth integration of new services into existing environments, performs system upgrades, and verifies the proper functioning of the deployed systems.
  • Testing and Optimization: Conducting testing and optimization activities to ensure network and system performance and reliability. Performs network performance analysis, identifies bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and applies optimization techniques to enhance overall system efficiency.
  • Configuration Management: Managing and maintaining the configuration of network systems. Establishes configuration management processes and tools, maintains accurate documentation of system configurations, and ensures that changes are properly controlled and tracked.
  • Operational Readiness: Ensuring the operational readiness of network systems by monitoring their performance, capacity, and availability. Implements monitoring tools, performs regular health checks, and proactively identifies and resolves potential issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Troubleshooting and Fault-Finding: Providing troubleshooting and fault-finding services to resolve network problems. Investigates network and system issues, analyses logs and performance data, and applies diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve faults in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as system administrators, developers, and network administrators, to ensure seamless integration and operation of network and system services. Maintains accurate documentation of network designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and support future troubleshooting efforts.
