Provides care and supervision for school-age children in an out of school hours care program.
Registration or licensing is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of children in the program.
- Planning and organizing age-appropriate activities and programs to engage the children.
- Assisting children with homework and providing educational support.
- Supervising children during indoor and outdoor playtime.
- Promoting positive behaviour and guiding children in developing social skills.
- Collaborating with other staff members to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Following established routines and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the program.
- Communicating with parents or guardians regarding their child’s participation and any relevant information.
- Monitoring and addressing any specific needs or concerns of individual children.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Participating in professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
