OZemployment identified the shortage skilled labour crisis and has spent considerable resources to develop a skilled labour migration strategy for international candidates who wish to live and work in Australia. Our migration arm, OZ Express Migration is a leading Australian provider of migration consultancy services and solutions. OZ Express Migration assists clients from around the world who seek professional, accurate and speedy skilled employment visa advise. Over the years, OZemployment in partnership with OZ Express Migration have assisted clients with their visa applications and helped them make their migration to Australia to live and work a reality.

OZemployment has been entrusted with the exclusive management of several hundred job categories on behalf of a diverse private and public advertisers.

OZemployment has secured exclusive recognition for its exceptional ability to address the severe shortage of skilled labour across Australia, which currently exceeds 440,000 vacant positions and is expected to increase well into the next decade.

Health professionals, such as general practitioners and registered nurses were by far the most in demand. In 2022, there was a substantial surge in demand for health professionals, which increased by nearly 50 per cent. This increase stands as the highest among all sub-employment group. We are actively collaborating with metropolitan and regional hospitals, clinics, age care and health services, to identify suitable candidates for immediate and future permanent placements in all medical and health job categories. As Australia’s population ages, so will be the high demand for more health professionals in the future.

OZemployment is also partnering with both the private and public sectors, as well as corporates and institutions, to meet the demands for professional, scientific, and technical services candidates. The professional, scientific, and technical services industry encompasses a wide range of fields, including legal and accounting services, veterinary services, computer system design, architecture, engineering, scientific research, management, consulting, advertising and marketing expertise.
